Responsibilities:

• Oversee the bank’s daily operations, the execution of the bank’s business plans and the implementation of the bank’s projects.
• Responsible for (1) efficient operations without compromising controls, (2) mitigating any operational risks through policy recommendations, (3) addressing operational lapses and instituting permanent corrective actions, and (4) ensuring compliance to existing policies and regulations.
• Manage all external stakeholder relationships including the bank’s relationships with its high-value customers, vendors, correspondent banks, regulator and business partners.
• Supervise Front Office and Products and Services Departments in matters relating to the bank policies and procedures and the delivery of bank products and services.
• Supervise IT Department in matters relating to the implementation of the bank’s IT projects.
• Supervise Marketing and Sales Departments in matters relating to the development and execution of the bank’s marketing and sales strategies and the achievement of the bank’s sales targets.
• Supervise bank’s Trade Finance and Telegraphic Transfer Department in the processing, verification and authorization of all our bank’s Trade Finance and Telegraphic Transfer transactions.
• Supervise Loans Department in matters relating to the achievement of the bank’s loan operations and sales targets.
• Work with Audit, Risk and Compliance Departments in the creation, implementation, review and continuous development of bank policies, procedures and controls.
• Work with Human Resources Department in the creation and continuous development of bank's HR policies, manuals and training materials.
• Work with Finance Department in matters relating to the achievement of the bank’s expense and revenue targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO
Requirements:
• At least 5 years working experience as a Bank Operation Manager/Branch Manager/Marketing Manager in Universal/ Commercial Bank
• Good knowledge of banking products
• Hardworking and honest
• Can communicate well
• Can work well independently and also with a team
• Can multitask
• Good English speaking and writing skills
• Retired banking personnel are also encouraged to apply
